Titanic hydra causing delay with AA?

Anybody else experiencing a delay with your AA after activating the active for titanic hydra? I've been playing it with WW and udyr ( for fun), but it seems after i press the active, my AA's delay for a half second, not at all smooth like ravenous hydra. It's really noticeable with their high attack speeds.
