EUW crash causing game to not count towards my promo

My match history says i won, we were just about to end when the server crashed, it says i won, but i'm still 1-1 in my promo. Anyone know if this kind of thing gets fixed or if it's just another day for us EUW'ers?

EUW server crashed. I hope Riot won't count ranked games during the crash
