Galio's ult breaks camera-lock

And it's been like this ever since his rework. Maybe it's because the issue is something they've yet to figure out, but it's been a long time and still no fix to the issue.

The issue is that when I use his ult for long distances, majority/10 the camera, even though it was once locked, will unlock and the lock/unlock button will not fix anything. I'd have to click on the map and drag the camera around before it returns to lock. I'm not a regular Galio player so I'm not all that bothered, but it's still frustrating that a champion gameplay bug which was reported in 2017 is still an issue.
