Kindred Mounting Dread during Wolf's Frenzy

Sometimes it really feels like Mounting Dread's bonus damage just doesn't happen during Wolf's Frenzy... normally it's a huge chunk of damage and during Wolf's Frenzy I don't notice a thing.
