"Failed to create dump" error
It keeps happening to me on the new client, have no clue what it causes it. It causes my client to force close and then restart.

I am having the same problem, cost me alot of LP because it has been happening a few times a day. If i am fast enough to close and reopen the client i might be in time to select/ban. Because this takes arround a minute im usually not in time. Very annoying.
