this uh.. was meant to be on your other post but it got removed
let me sum up what I think you're trying to say based on some of the comments I've read
you're complaining because on one account (gold) you win more than on your other hard stuck silver account which makes no sense to you.
this phenomenon is true, you can ask any high elo player who's climbed on new accounts, on their unranked - diamond series and what not
most if not all of them will agree that gold is the easiest elo to climb in.
bronze - they don't get placed in bronze from unranked lmao
silver - games last longer cause your team has no clue wtf they're doing and all lanes are gonna be like 6-0 or 0-6 depending on which side by the time laning is over, making it a coin flip but still easy to carry
gold - laning phase will be way more even.. at most like 0/3 cause players know enough to not die/get ganked but not enough to abuse enemy mistakes
so as long as you carry games will end faster cause they also know how to group and listen to calls - faster games = more decisive also smurfs know how to abuse gold easily, making this the easiest rank to climb
platnium - lane phase is like silver or gold,, one person crushes(silver) or they both go even(gold), a little less carry potential since they're good ish so it makes it harder to carry also plat teammates have egos and think they know the right calls, while enemies do know how to group
diamond 5 - 50/50 coinflip diamond 3+ you can carry easier than diamond 5 cause your team is.. gooder
you( the original poster) are silver level if you can't carry yourself out of it.
""""Do you want a REAL example? I can give you one simply by looking at myself. I climbed to Gold like it was nothing on my other account, with almost a 60% win rate (I don't remember from where, but probably Bronze I). Look at this account, I've played over 400 games and the highest I've made it was Silver 2. So tell me, how accurate is the Tier system? Is it really doing its job? Am I a Silver player or am I a Gold player? Why is it on one account I won nearly 6 out of every 10 games all the way until Gold, and on another account I can't even reach a 50% win rate?
Oh and also, I have played games on my other account recently and I have no problems carrying games and winning, but every single game is a struggle when I play on this account. So please, tell me more about how accurate these ranks are.""""
to answer all of these questions personally I'd need the other accounts op.gg as far as this one "Am I a Silver player or am I a Gold player?" if you aren't gold 3+ on the other acc does it really matter?
I only ask because I'm sure you wouldn't be asking this if it was silver 5 vs silver 1 or if it was 1200 mmr vs 1400 mmr, you lose some you win some, I mean you're essentially asking if you're silver 5-1 or gold 5-1, that's a whole range of 10 ranks why can't you be silver 2-gold 4? why does it have to be either silver 5-1 or gold 5-1 why can't you be both?
if you really think about it. a player can be in gold, with diamond level mechanics and bronze level map awareness and macro
is that player bronze? silver? gold? plat? diamond? who cares. if you want to get past silver get to a platinum level, I've made many accs and I get to plat easily
oh and as a pretty obvious tip. play nunu only for a bit since he's at 61% winrate in 81 games if you want to climb
now as to what riot is doing to make the ranked system teir better, they've acknowledged that the gap between bronze 5 to 1 or silver 5 to 1 is very big and the gap between diamond 5 and 1 is also very big so they're adding 2 new ranks!
now you, rainbow can feel better about being silver, because there will be less players in silver overall, and more below, bronze/iron teir
they're also adding ranked positioning!!! so now when a gold player gets auto filled into support, he can play in silver, meaning other gold players won't be punished by his worse play on his off role.... meaning more fair match making ( held to performance standards) if your janna support isn't as good as your jax top, guess what, you're held to a standard and when you play janna you'll be placed with worse players then when you pick jax
are you happy? that's performance standards is it not? and now we get more clear values for skill also each rank has one less teir, so no more gold 5-1 it's now gold 4-1 AN EVEN SMALLER GAP! and you rainbow can now more easily decide if you're gold or silver.

also from one of your other comments
"and it's also possible to be really good and not climb."
no. no it's actually not, at least if you're trying to win. otherwise tyler1 wouldn't consistently get 80%+ winrates from silver to diamond
otherwise 100 games to diamond wouldn't be a thing..
I can link you hundreds of youtube series of 100 games to diamond and unranked to diamond and bronze to diamond
you think that those who climb are the chosen ones..?? you think boosters just get lucky? boosting would not be profitable if you couldn't climb by being good
only circumstances I'll agree with you is that you can get stuck in bronze 5 and really be a bronze 3 player, or get stuck in silver 5 and be a silver 3 player.. or stuck in gold 1 and be a platnium 4 player
it's small enough that it really doesn't matter unless you're trying to get into a new division, and well just get better then.
unless by good player you mean hitting 12+ cs per level or.. going 0/0/0 every game "not dying" if you think getting 400 cs at end of game, camping turret, and never dying is a good player... no. a good player is tyler1 who is aggressive.
I will agree with you that a top laner who goes like 0/0/0 1/1/1 2/2/0 3/3/0 4/6/4 can be carried even if they aren't good, why? cause the enemy doesn't get to benefit off of them honestly a top laner who literally goes 0/0/0 is better than a 2/7/2 top laner and can climb in most elo because they can get carried more easily, but that doesn't make the 0/0/0 top laner good
