I got dodge penalty because the game didn't give me time to select a champion,

I just played a normals draft, and it was my turn to select a champion. I was deciding on which to take when I was kicked from the lobby with 30 seconds to spare.

Got a message "you were removed from the champion select lobby becasue you faield to select a champion" Wel duh, I didn't have time to.

got a five minute que penalty too...
