Veigar doesn't gain AP per assist
I know he used to because i mained him, and Sion gets health the same way so it must be a bug.
Unless Riot decided to nerf Veigar while also removing DFG

He never did. His Q states on kill from any source. Nowhere does it say assist or has it ever said assist. And if you were building DFG on Veigar you were wasting his potential. Who needs an amp on nuker? I mean he already nukes a person hard to one shot enough why make the nuke overkill. Waste of a slot unless you really want to "carry" as Veigar.
