remove or hotfix these fucking boots

the amount of times these buggy piles of shit screwed me over. i quote "while inside the wall gain 125 MS, become silenced UNTARGETABLE and stealthed" im literally going as far south as i can in the bottom wall and still i get sniped by a jhin ult. holy shit i almost reached the bottom part of the minimap WTF
