[GAMEPLAY] cursor locked in position at the end of a game

At least 4 times now, at the end of the game, whether I win or lose, something strange happens to my cursor. When one team loses (I've had it happen when my team wins, and the enemy team wins), my cursor will disappear. To get it to appear again, I need to alt+tab out of the game, and then alt+tab back. When it reappears, the cursor stays either in the top left of the screen, or the very center of the screen. When attempting to move the mouse, the cursor with spastically jump in the direction the mouse moved in, and then back to its original position. This makes it impossible to close the game without going into the task manager to close the game.

This is due to a CPU Overload, in short you game is crashing

I would have through that, if that were the case, the mouse wouldn't move at all. In this case, the mouse will move, but go back to the middle/corner of the screen almost instantly.

In fact, the mouse works just fine when I alt+tab the game, so that just doesn't seem right. :/

Your game is crashing. It will act normally when you alt tab,nut when focused on th league program, it tries to fix it resulting in the mouse spazams
