[GAMEPLAY] cursor locked in position at the end of a game

At least 4 times now, at the end of the game, whether I win or lose, something strange happens to my cursor. When one team loses (I've had it happen when my team wins, and the enemy team wins), my cursor will disappear. To get it to appear again, I need to alt+tab out of the game, and then alt+tab back. When it reappears, the cursor stays either in the top left of the screen, or the very center of the screen. When attempting to move the mouse, the cursor with spastically jump in the direction the mouse moved in, and then back to its original position. This makes it impossible to close the game without going into the task manager to close the game.
