Issues with the in-game shop

So I have noticed that in these past few patches, that there appears to be this bug. It happens when you recall to the base and you would buy any item, in this case let's say I have the following items in my inventory and say I was to go buy a , and when I do and leave the base one of the items would sell by itself but I would still be left with the in my inventory.

I did notice that this only occurs when you only leave the base meaning you can't undo in the shop. But it seems that it also doesn't matter what lane or what champ you play this happened more than once.

I'm not the only one who had this happen to, a few Twitch streamers such as Scara and others had this happen to them. But no one seems to make a big deal of this bug.
