Yasuo bug on ult

There is a bug with Yasuo's ult where an enemy might be knocked up but he can't ult them. It will give a message saying "Enemy must be Airborne" even though they are. This is a big problem because it could make you miss a kill that could be game or lane changing. The video linked shows exactly what I explained. The enemy Azir was knocked up and there was a dotted line to him showing he was knocked up but when I tried to ult it said enemy must be airborne.
