[GAMEPLAY] Ashe's W slow not being applied properly.

Ashe's W slow is supposed to be applied the same way her Crit slow is applied. Currently it's being applied the same way her basic attack applies it.

Reproducible 100%.

Ashe's tooltip is also incorrect. It says the addition slow is doubled upon crit and W damage. This is not the case as you can see in the screenshots. The slow is only increased by 70% or so rather than by 100%.
