[CLIENT] - Unable to buy Champion Shards when I have over 1700 IP until I have over 2300
In the new client, I'm unable to buy Champion Shards until I have over 2300 IP, at which point it will let me buy a Champion Shard and subtract the normal 1700. I also made a video showing this on my YouTube channel, mostly because I don't know how to take a screenshot.
