Missing Pumpkin Cat Ward skin
I purchased the Bewitching Janna bundle and it says I obtained the Pumpkin Cat ward skin but I can't find it under the "Collection" tab, nor can I craft it because it says "owned" under it.

It is something that my colleagues are looking into and is something the Server Status Page notification was vaguely referring to. I took a look at your account and can verify that you do have the ward skin, but where you'd find it might be a bit surprising.
In the meantime, if you purchased it and re-logged, you should be able to find it all the way at the bottom of the Wards Collection page when looking through the "My Collection" selection: https://imgur.com/Swg3unO

The skin has been glitched since released. I bought it from the rewards tab and then it said I owned it but wasn't there... looked in loot and it was there but said owned. It was very odd. Logged off and then on again and it was fixed. Some people have said that doesn't fix it for them though.
The same thing has ocurred to me! I was either saving 300 tokens to get a support spooky orb or getting the ward+the RIP emote. I decided the later. So I got the emote, then I wasted my tokens on the ward because I haven't it unlocked on the collection even after restarting the client! If I knew this I would had gottem the Orb instead :( Feelsbadman cuz I even got RP and got the Bewitching Janna and Devil Teemo to bring the Halloween spirit to my games, awesome skins [sg-soraka]
