Client Lag

I'm running an I7 with 16gb of RAM. Why should I be having issues with the client lagging? My system is well over what is needed to run this game and I have reinstalled and am still having the same issue. If I play ARAM and don't make swaps at the very start of the lobby there is not enough time to alter runes and summoner spells because of the client locking up. I have enabled Low Spec Mode but why should I have to tone down my experience when I have paid the money for a system that is meant to handle it?

Right now just gotta deal with it and if you're not in champ select close your client and restart it. If you are in champ select hope or pray you lock in fast enough or at all. Happens to a lot of people because it isn't your computer or mostly anyone else's computer, but rather an error somewhere in the client that Riot Games seems to either not give a shit about or are trying to fix but aren't talking about. Believe what you like, but for the mean time, this is just a reality. Enjoy the moments, the seldom moments of happiness when the damn client isn't being a sluggish %%%%.

My advice would be to restart when you can and only keep Low Specs Mode on if you actually notice a difference. If you do please let me know, since the time it takes to load is horrendous anyway and losing a bit of the client quality is worth it for performance at this rate. Personally, the only time I really used that feature was when I had my old toaster, and even then wasn't significantly better anyway.
