My game never loads...

I try to play a game as I normally would, simply going through champ select and allowing the loading screen to pop up. As it does so, the background of the normal loading screen pops up, but the characters don't. I sit there for 15 minutes, and keep in mind this is a ranked match, I haven't even connected yet. My internet is completely fine, but they remake it and I lose 19 LP. I try to join a costume game and my portrait still doesn't pop up. Does anyone know the cause of this? And is there a way for someone to deduct the 19 LP I lose for no reason?

Yea I have been having the same problem too lately. Where the loading screen with everyone's champions comes up and then it loads for a little bit but then freezes which causes me to have to restart my computer. I am glad to see that I am not the only one having this problem, I think it has to do with something with the new windows 10 update. If I were you I would make custom games while fixing this problem to see if the problem gets solved. That way you do not get a leaver buster for not joining a game or lose anymore lp in ranked. I've been having the same issue, but i run league from a mac OS X sierra.
