[BUG] Involuntarily dropped from champ select

This has happened more than once to me where I'll just get booted out of champ select for no reason. When I try to re-queue, it claims I left the match and gives me a loss and time penalty.

In the past, it seems to happen if I'm selecting summoner spells as my champ select timer runs out.

On this last occasion, something was really bugged because the other team showed four bans (Fizz was somehow duplicated as a ban for both teams).
