Lost Division promos after 1 loss

I was 100 lp in jungle role and lost my first promo game the two days ago. The next league game I played was this morning where I played another jungle game (thinking I was still in promos) and we won. After the game I got the message about entering into promos. I look at profile and I see I am now once again 100lp and 0-0 in promo games. But really I should be 1-1....

What up with that? lol.
