Working as intend. Poppy is immune to every kind of CC except the one used by the person she ulted
One ult is needed to counter another. Nothing wrong with that.
No one plays Poppy because she isn't popular and she has a bad early game. Poppy is scary because only her mains put up with it, learn how to play her, and they are the only ones thinking about picking her seriously.
