Accept buttom sometimes gets decline response.

This last queue it's kicked me out 3 times saying I've declined it. It's not even me misclicking or anything, I click Accept, it says "Match Accepted" and then a few seconds later kicks me out of the queue saying that I've declined the match.

It's only done it so far in one queue series so idk how often it happens, but I've never have the problem before I downloaded to most recent patch.

To me, it seems like my client is registering it as accepted, but the server responds back as if it were declined, so idk if my client is just bugging and sending the server a declined response instead.
