Black Screen During Champ Select Bug Needs Fixed Immediately Please

I've now 'dodged' three games on this account. Being an honor level five player, it'd really put a damper on my enjoyment if my account were to get banned for the first time.

I enjoy the game, despite my older posts back from my first year, but I don't think I've gone a week without having some kind of client issue since season six. My computer runs games like Arma 3, Rainbow Six, Battlefield (save the one time I accidentally scrolled over ultra settings and crashed my rig) on decent settings without any issues. League is, to this date, the only game I play that crashes frequently. Hell, I learned the taskkill command and how to macro just so I could close league when it wouldn't let me alt f4 out of it.

League also will occasionally, at least twice a week, be loading into game and completely freeze. This is the above problem mentioned, where sometimes I can taskkill it. Other times it will just completely freeze and I'll have to do a hard reset. I generally lose my entire laning phase at that point. I won one of these games was denied my lp despite being 10/6 and helping turn two teamfights. I know lp isn't allowed to be altered, to prevent abuse, but if issues like this didn't happen in the first place I wouldn't have to mention it.

I'm sure trouble shooting any kind of game can be a nightmare at times. Unfortunately, the two client iterations I've seen have both had major issues in their lifespans and theres plenty of games (albeit smaller in playerbase) that run just fine despite being larger and more intensive programs.
