[STILL NOT FIXED] Warlord's Bloodlust Gives Slow Immunity

I don't know if it's against all slows, but:

1. Have a champion proc their Warlord's Bloodlust Keystone.
2. hits that champion with a Q.
3. The champion under the effects of Warlord's Bloodlust is not slowed.

This has been bugged since the keystone was changed and I've reported it three times. Please fix it. =/
