Queue Dodge Timer cause you disconnected me for no reason?

How can you punish someone for "dodging" when you put a box that stops you from doing anything that says "Attempting to reconnect". It might as well say "We know you didn't mean to dodge". Other than that, my internet was working completely fine, I could load a youtube video further than the gray line that shows what it has loaded. It's not my fault that I "dodged" when you're big ass box was in the middle of the screen that stopped me from banning someone. And before anyone says "It's only 6 minutes, no big deal", it is a big deal, cause I bet this happens to people all the time, I didn't look it up but there's probably already discussions about this. So if a Riot Employee sees this, can you at least look into it please? And I also know this post is all over the place, I don't feel like making it look good and organized, just said what was on my mind.
