Queueing abilities allows them to work even when silenced

I've had it happen several times since the last patch, against a number or champions, but it generally happens most against a Renekton.

Basically, if you land a silence on them, but they have "queued" abilities during one of their that is going off at that time, for instance during a Renekton dash or Poppy dash, and you silence them mid dash, they might still have abilities go off. I've silenced a Renekton who is slice&dicing towards me, only to have him land W and Q during the silence. (W you can proc beforehand, but sometimes the particles didnt show as he was dashing, which makes me think this could have bugged as well.) Same with Poppy dashing in only to be silenced but still use Q after the dash lands

the same can be said for champs that flash/blink out of Soraka silence, by spamming flash/ability as they come out of Zhonyas.
