Scuttle seems to ignore Karthus Q

Sometimes as JG Karthus, the scuttle crab tends to completely ignore my Q and just not take damage. Usually, it happens after it turns around and speeds up a bit. I usually have to AA it for it to take damage again. Can we get a fix on this riot? :P
