Irelia's Eternal Stun

This bug is actually not new, it has been around for awhile, but the bug is her slow/stun duration is longer than what the tooltip reads. In comparison Veigar's stun is 1.5-2.5 seconds based on rank, and Irelia's is 1-2 seconds slow/stun based on rank. Irelia's stun will actually last just as long if not longer than Veigar's stun [assume both abilities being rank 5 here]. Now Irelia's slow/stun duration could be longer and it is a tooltip error, if not a tooltip error then Irelia's stun is a lot longer than it is suppose to be.
