Still waiting for Karthus Bugfixes

Karthus is still dealing with 2 particular bugs that are mildly irritating to play around.

1. Scuttle will start ignoring Q unless hit with an AA. IWillDominate even got hit with this bug! https://streamable.com/nbl4q

2. Wall of Pain (W) normally gives vision at the ends/poles of the wall, but it doesn't do this if you're dead/in passive. This is actually 100% reproducable, with image proof!

Please riot, these have been long-standing bugs that really should be fixed.
