GG game can't maintain decent FPS
Game keeps dropping to sub 30 fps for no reason and causes the game to freeze, making it unplayable.
This happens after every single patch since like 5.10 and it still isnt fixed.

yesterday before the patch i had at least 20 tabs in chrome open and was getting 0 Fps drops. But as soon as the patch comes out, league can't even handle just my music being open
