Garen is unable to cast W while in his Q.

If Garen is using Decisive Strike against a champion (Can't remember if it works against minions), he can't use W, which shouldn't interrupt previous orders.

Not sure if this is intended or not but Garen's Q has a super long animation and this makes W hard to cast in the heat of the moment.
