Seriously i can't tell you how many times i've been waiting for people to lock in a ban or pick and then all of a sudden my time ran out to select a champion and i get a dodge warning and a 10 LP decrease. I've failed series because of this, i've lost LP that i had previously won in a game because of this...FIX YOUR GAME!

Wait.... what? You're going to have to elaborate exactly what happened. From what I READ, it seems you let the champ select timer for you run out and got kicked out of the match. That's working as intended. Now if you originally meant what I THINK you mean to say which is your teammate has 3 seconds left till it's your turn to ban/pick. Instead of giving you full allotted time, it kicks you off when HIS timer reaches 0.
If it's the latter, yeah it's a bug. If it is the former, then it's working as intended. Make sure you lock in and actually pick the ban. It's common knowledge to lock in now or get kicked off the game. As common as "wards give vision."
