Rek'sai can't Unburrow After Stun, why is this still a thing?

I don't have a video for anyone, but I've been encountering this in a few of the games I've been having. While this has definitely gotten better from a long time ago (it used to be so bad if Udyr bear stance smacked you then you automatically lost any fight because you were bugged and couldn't unburrow for the next five seconds while the game realizes 'Oh wait, she's not Stunned, she should be able to Unburrow') I've still had this happen to me though (particularly with Ki Blast) and I'd like to know if Riot realizes this is still bugged more than a year after release.
