Twice. In a row now. I have been completely stuck in a loading screen for game. I get to a 100% and then everything freezes. I can't tab out, I can't close the window, I can't bring up task manager, I'm stuck on this game loading screen until I restart my computer!

How is this not addressed yet? How have you made no comment on it? When are you going to acknowledge this is a thing and going to work on it?

I've had this issue several times as well. One thing you can do is sign out of your primary user and sign back in. That usually helps for me. It's faster than restarting the computer. Still very annoying.
