Playing Yasuo still drops your FPS the longer the game goes on

Starting with normal 130 FPS (though capped at 60), my FPS drops more and more as the game goes on, by 25 minutes it drops to 40 which just feels terrible. And this only happens while playing Yasuo and some other Yasuo players I have talked to have also confirmed this.

Riot it has been a few patches, can you please fix this bug now.
