HUD glitch

Playing Soraka, I put my first point into [W], but the "upgrade button" did not go away for the rest of the game.

It would gray out when I actually had points to spend and I couldn't spend them on it, but it never went away.

No idea what caused it, because I had already played without the same glitch.
