[Gameplay] Leona's ult particle didn't show up for me

In my second to last game, the enemy team had a Leona. When she ulted, I could hear it fine, and I could see her casting it, but no particle coming from the sky appeared and I was unable to see it in my game.

I thought it was just me at first, but when it happened a second and third time and both times again I couldn't see it, I concluded that something was up.

I should also note that my friend whom I was duoing with WAS able to see the particle every time she ulted. So, then I guess it's something wrong on my end then?

We ended up winning the game regardless, but I just figured I'd report this incase it was happening to anyone else.
