When you steal another Morde's soul as Mordekaiser and both the Morde Ghost and the Alive Morde hit dragon, not only will the Dragon spawn, but the ghost won't die, and then you can't control dragon. After that, when the Morde ghost times out, Dragon will time out with it. I assume it's an issue with the game not knowing how to respond to the dragon being cursed by two different mordes on the same team
