How is that my client crashes and lags?

I feel like every time these RGMs go in and out, the day after, my client is incredibly unstable. The game doesn't prompt any kind of updates to the files when RGMs go live, and I'm wondering if this is the issue. Please help me. This problem is getting worse as time goes on.
