Mana bar glitching for display at top left of screen
With the introduction of the new HUD, I've noticed an odd occurrence with the mana bar on some things with the box that appears in the top left when clicking on an ally, enemy, structure, etc. I have only been able to recreate it reliably with structures and minions but I have seen it happen on champions before. I have included a link to a video where I show the glitching mana bars (the ends shows me clicking on other champs even those without mana and it doesn't happen). I forgot to check on jungle camps but I believe it occurs with them as well. I have seen player's videos on Youtube and this doesn't seem to happen for them so I'm not sure if it's exclusive to just me or not.
