[GAMEPLAY] Hextech Gunblade and Death's Dance stacking?

Are Hextech Gunblade and the updated Death's Dance suppose to stack? They both have the exact same passive now of healing 15% of damage dealt and it says it's unique but you seem to get the healing from both of them. The passive isn't named though so does that make a difference regarding Unique Passives not stacking? If it needs a name for the not stacking to take effect, perhaps the passive should be named so hybrid characters can't abuse it and get too much healing. I know this is a limited number of champions but it still seem to be an issue for those at times. And I wouldn't be surprised to see a few non-hybrids try it too if it picks up speed.

There are two types of unique passives, named and unnamed.

Named passives do not stack when applied by different items. Unnamed passives will stack.

For example, ENERGIZED is a named unique passive, so stacking the items doesn't give you 300 stacks of energy or apply all their damage. It'll only apply the highest damage.

However, the second passives of RFC, SS, and SR, are unnamed. So they can all apply that effect.

That's a bit dumb in my opinion to call it unique if it can stack with other passive of the same effect just because it has no name...
