[CLIENT] Login screen not popping up after clicking "Launch" in the patcher window

When I click to open the client, the patcher opens up with the usual orange "Launch" button at the top. I click it, and it disappears, and I wait for the login screen to appear...but it never does. :c

I close out of it (both LoL Patcher and LoL Launcher) via my task manager, try to open it again, and it just happens all over again. :c Anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: I finally got into the login screen it only TOOK ME 30 MINUTES

Perhaps it's a connection to the server issue. There have been a lot of issues with logging into the client, chat, and lag in games.

I just started getting this issue a couple days ago, so far the only fix I've found is to close/reopen session.
