[GAMEPLAY] New Fiora Passive Bug

Today I was playing Fiora, and I was laning against another Fiora. A couple of times, I'd pop her weak spot, and a new one wouldn't reappear for a while. I figured out that this SEEMED to happen when the enemy Fiora activated Riposte, I would pop the passive during the enemy FIora's Riposte, and then a new passive wouldn't reappear on the enemy for a while.

Yeah I just posted a bug with Fiora's ultimate too, it seems like it only happens when laning with other Fioras. And this passive bug happened to me too!
