Ashe Bug: Runaans bolts do almost no damage when Q is active.

Pretty much explained in the title. Runaans is a recommended item on the new Ashe, and it made sense to me, so I tried it out. And normally, it does exactly what you would expect: Decent damage on the first bolts that hit an enemy and then far more on all successive bolts thanks to frost shots bonus damage. However, when activating Q, the damage on the hurricane bolts drop down to basically nothing, easily only 20-30% of the damage they do when Q is not active. This may or may not be an actual bug and just a weird interaction between her Q and Runaan's, but it massively incentivizes you to not use Q on Ashe when your hurricane bolts are hitting other enemies.
