The item set creator lacks restrictions for Wooglet and Moonflair on Summoners Rift

Create a new items set and slimit it to Summoners Rift only.

Select Wooglet's Witchcap or Moonflair Spellbalde and drag it into the item set.

There is no longer an indicator that say the item is not available. The tooltip only states "not available on Howling Abyss"

Checking in game only Zhonyas could be build.

I thought they had enabled the items on Summoners Rift for Preseason now. Newer players may be confused why they couldn't build the way they had planned.
