[Gameplay] Annoying and sortta gamebreaking bug against Twisted Fate

Just fought a Twisted Fate, but his W animation (the one where he rolls cards above his head) wasn't going away after the first time he used it. Meaning he selected a card, and for the remaining of the game, even after dying, the animation kept playing above his head, making it impossible to know when he had a gold card or not (which is game-changing)

Also, seems tied to the fact that I tab-out during the game (when I die), and this same tab-out also triggers a strange bug during the loading screen, making everything go completely black except the text boxes. Just my thoughts.
