Even if you are stealthed the twin shadow ghosts can still "see" you and will follow you around until you break stealth. It sometimes even reveals Akali even if she is stealthed in her shroud for no reason in particular. Unless for some reason this is actually intended

The ghost don't care if your stealthed, so its a good counter to stealth champs. Its as intended.
