[CHAMP SELECT] it pretends nothing is happening.

Champ select pretends the enemy is still banning, and doesn't give me access to bans or picks, nor shows my messages in chat, then everything unlocks all of a sudden and I get told I got kicked for failing to select a champion. Moreover, I am flagged as leaver due to that and have to wait 6 minutes before queueing up again.
