My buddy tested this in practice tool to confirm. Pretty sure the extra bolts aren't supposed to apply on hit anymore right?
EDIT: nvm, the tool tip says it does but it isn't. Misread what he wrote... in that case:

TheLastShadow451 votesthey never changed it to not apply oh-hits. How did you ever think they changed it to not apply on-hits? The only change they did to it kind of recently was when they made it so
