Garen's Q pops Banshee's Veil AND still hits
One of those two things shouldn't be happening.

how garens q works, i think is that his silence gets applied first then his damage. riot just updated the spell shields to block 1 thing instead of everything happening in less then a split second thus his silence gets blocked but his damage does not
it blocked the spell portion with the silence but sadly garen's q is counted as an auto
