[GAMEPLAY] Resistance Illaoi has missing Ult animation.

Type of Bug: Gameplay, Visual Bug

Description: Resistance Illaoi has missing Ult animation in certain circumstances.

Steps to reproduce: Issue a move command, Ult on Resistance Illaoi (I specifically used the Obsidian Chroma), and then quickly issue another move command. Basically, Moveclick > R > Moveclick VERY quickly. This will make the Ult animation disappear.

Reproduction rate: 50%

Hi Squidblimp!

We had some folks look into this and it appears that this is something that occurs on the champion and all skins and isn't something specific to Resistance Illaoi. I'm going to follow up with the Champion team! ^^
